Here is the process of using High-Intensity Magnetic Destoner For Dal Mill:
● Dal is weighed on a weighing scale
● It then passes through a magnetic field for removal of metal impurities
● Impurities that are larger, finer and lighter than the main product itself gets attracted towards the magnet and removed from the dal.
● After the metal impurities are removed, it passes through Destoner for removal of mud, sand, stones which are of different sizes.
● After the destoner process dal is weighed again and packaged.
