Launching Our New Machine – NonFerroSep
Over the last 38+ years, Jaykrishna Magnetics Pvt. Ltd. is engaged in manufacturing Magnetic Separators which are used in various industrial applications. We at Jaykrishna Magnetics Pvt. Ltd. strongly believe in developing the machine which fulfills the client’s application requirement.
Working with numbers of the different industrial sector we are overwhelmed with a response which we are getting after the using our machines. After the continuous improvisation in machine development, we are pleased to announce our newly designed NonFerroSep which is previously known as Eddy Current Separator.
NonFerroSep is the most advanced magnetic separation machine which is used to recover aluminium and other non-ferrous metals from recyclables, plastic, glass, automotive shredder and many other processing plants of minerals and materials.
NonFerroSep Working:
Material which needs to be separate is fed onto the conveyor belt of the NonFerroSep which moves across the magnetic rotor where separation process is done. The housing has a splitter which divides the non-ferrous metal from the non-metallic material. Magnetic rotors play an important role in our NonFerroSep which is made from permanent rare earth magnet. With the help of rotor, the conveyor belt can move at high speed. Material which passes over the separator is attracted due to the magnetic field generation in a rotor. In short our NonFerroSep separate the final material and other impurities from the main material.
