Plate Magnet

Plate Magnets or Magnetic Plates are commonly used to remove tramp metals like nuts, bits, bolts, etc and other casual contaminants from free-flowing input materials.

Plate Magnets are used to separate materials like pharmaceutical powders and other materials like food, grain, oil, plastic, etc that are carried in chutes, ducts, trays, and belts.

Hump Magnet

Hump Magnets are used to separate metal particles and contaminants from granules, powders, food products, and others. At Jaykrishna Magnetics Pvt. Ltd., they are also available in food-grade versions and industrial versions, this makes them ideal for pharmaceutical powders in terms of safety and efficiency.

This type of magnet deals with materials in vertical flow. It consists of 2 Plate Magnets in a vertical spout, the material in flow hits one magnet after another which ensures complete separation.

On top of this, the 2 magnets are also hinged, which means they can be taken out partially and then cleaned properly. This makes maintenance easier and reduces time taken to purify material.

Drawer Magnet

A drawer magnet consists of a unit equipped with 2 magnetic grids mounted on above the other. This unit can be attached to existing pipelines, belts, and other outlet locations. The grid’s magnetic rods consist of hard ferrite ceramic magnets or high-intensity rare earth magnets. The rod themselves are made of strong steel, with a stainless stell version available if needed.

The input material flows through the 2 grids and the impurities stick to the rods. Afterwards the grids can be easily removed, clean, and put back.
